    • How can I set up an Account?

Setting up an account is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Simply create an account online.

    • How do I send a package using DoorstepXtra®?

Your must have an account in order to use DoorstepXtra®. You enter your delivery requests online that
automatically gets routed and scheduled for delivery.

    • Which counties does DoorstepXtra® serve?

We are currently servicing Orange, Seminole, Lake, Osceola, Volusia and Polk County covering over 130 zip codes. We are continuously expanding our geographic area.

    • How fast do you deliver?

You must enter your package to be delivered in to our system, excluding weekends. Once your package is
picked up after 12 PM Monday thru Friday, our standard delivery process gets your package to your client the same afternoon or evening. You can review the delivery time and signature capture online for each delivery.

    • How do I make a change to my order?

You may make changes to your order up to 12 PM Monday thru Friday.

    • Can I cancel an order once it’s submitted?

You can cancel your order online up to 12 PM Monday thru Friday. To cancel an order after your
driver has picked up your packages you must call our office for instructions.

    • Can I track my DoorstepXtra® delivery in real-time?

We track your package all the way to the doorstep and you’ll receive notification once delivered.

    • Do I need to prepare my package for your DoorstepXtra® Agent?

Yes, all packages need to be in tamper evident packaging.

    • What kind of credentials do your Agents have?

Our drivers are HIPPA trained, background checked and are trained to provide exceptional service to our
client.

    • How do I contact my DoorstepXtra® Agent for last-minute delivery issues?

You must call us our office or complete and online request.

    • Can I get billing invoiced for my company?

Yes, we provide detailed invoices.

    • How can I view my Order History?

You can login and view detailed order history online.

    • How do I add other users to my Account so they can create orders too?

You can add users to your account at any time by calling our customer service for instructions.

Pricing and Payment

    • How can I get pricing for my DoorstepXtra®?

Our up front pricing is designed to save you money. Call us today for rates or complete an online request.

    • What are your charges for delivery?

We charge for the number of deliveries and not per delivery. You purchase a delivery package that fits your needs. All unused credits will expire 180 days after date of purchase.

    • Is the quoted price exactly what I’ll pay, or are there any hidden charges?

There are no hidden charges or costs. We provide straight up front pricing that helps you budget for
services.

    • Can I get billing invoiced for my company?

Yes, we can provide billing invoiced for services.

    • Will I be charged extra if my Agent has to wait?

No, there will be no charges for wait time except when we deliver to any other location other than a
residence.

Restrictions and Policies

    • What is the maximum size and weight for packages?

Our system is designed for packages no larger than 20 lbs. However we will deliver larger packages for a
nominal fuel surcharge.

    • What kinds of items can I NOT send with DoorstepXtra®?

You can deliver virtually anything with DoorstepXtra®.

    • Do you have larger vehicles for shipping big items?

Yes, we provide larger vehicles for big items. This service must be pre-arranged and subject to extra
charge.
